The accountancy practice was originally founded by Will Tickle in 1979 and he is still the Principal of the firm.
Gerry Dawson is a Fellow of the
Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, a Member
of the Securities Institute, and a Associate Member of the
Compliance Institute. Jane Caley
was admitted as a fellow of the International Association of
Book-Keepers on qualifying in 1995. She is currently studying
for the ACCA CAT certificate.

Will
Tickle trained with W.H. Walker & Co (now PKF)
and Deloittes. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants and a Member of the Institute of Taxation.
Will has been in practice in the Isle of Man since 1979 and
founded the local branch of the Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants at that time. He continues to be the
spokesperson for ACCA on the Island. In 2007 Will was
responsible for the formation of
the Isle of Man branch of the CIO (The Chartered Institute of
Taxation). 
Pat
Donegan is a graduate of Liverpool University
and has been a Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries
and Administrators since 1993. She also holds their Postgraduate
Diploma in Offshore Trust and Company Tax Planning. Prior to
joining Will Tickle in 1981, Pat worked for the Isle of Man
Government Income Tax Division.
Caroline
Caley qualified as a Chartered Accountant in
1993 with KPMG in the Isle of Man and remained there until she
joined Moores Rowland in June 2004. Caroline is responsible
for audit and accountancy.
